Meet the Newtown Director

Connor Lincavicks

Connor Lincavicks serves as Studio Director for Affinity Esports Newtown and helps lead day-to-day programming, events, and community engagement at the studio. Connor has played an important role in supporting Affinity’s competitive teams, youth programs, camps, and player development experiences. He works closely with students and families to create a welcoming, structured, and positive environment rooted in healthy gaming, teamwork, and growth. Connor brings a steady leadership style and a strong understanding of how to balance fun, competition, and community within the studio. His focus is on making Newtown a consistent and connected space where players can build friendships, develop skills, and feel supported.

We Are Affinity Esports and we are on a mission to create safe spaces for happier and healthier gaming experiences. 

Through our recreational programs, participants are introduced to the world of esports, full of new and emerging career paths, experiential learning, and highly engaging social activities. Each of these programs has been structured to reinforce critical life skills, such as teamwork, communication, and problem solving. Through their time with us, we will guide your children to build healthy habits and harness their passion with an extreme commitment to balancing wellness, education, mentality, competition, and socialization. Esports have been linked to powerful outcomes, such as improved social and emotional skills, problem solving, future career viability, and academic performance.
