Official Rules & Terms

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older at the time of entry.

Parents or legal guardians may enter on behalf of a minor.

Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Affinity Esports are not eligible.

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins:

February 16, 2026 at 12:00 AM (ET)

The Promotion ends:

June 14, 2026 at 11:59 PM (ET)

4. How to Enter

Entry via Camp Enrollment

Participants who enroll in an Affinity Esports Summer Camp during the Promotion Period will receive entries based on the date of registration:

  • 50 Entries for enrollments completed between February 16 – February 29

  • 25 Entries for enrollments completed between March 1 – April 30

  • 1 Entry for enrollments completed between May 1 – June 14

Each qualifying camp enrollment constitutes an entry event. Multiple enrollments will result in additional entries.

Retroactive Entries

Eligible participants who enrolled in Summer Camps on or after February 16, 2026 will receive entries retroactively applied in accordance with the above entry schedule.

Free Entry (No Purchase Necessary)

To enter without enrolling in a camp, participants must:

  • Send an email to: hello@affinityesports.gg

  • Use the subject line: “Free PC Giveaway Entry”

  • Include the following information in the body of the email:

    • Full Name

    • Email Address

    • Phone Number

Limit:

  • One (1) free entry per person for the entire Promotion Period

Emails must be received during the Promotion Period to be eligible. Duplicate, incomplete, or automated entries will be disqualified.

Important Disclosures

  • No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

  • Affinity Esports is not responsible for emails that are lost, delayed, misdirected, or not received.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive:🎁 Gaming PC Bundle
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $995

The prize includes:

  • Gaming PC + Power Cable

  • Gaming Monitor + HDMI + Power Cable

  • Gaming Keyboard and Mouse

  • Gaming Mousepad

  • Gaming Headset

  • Gaming Desk

  • Gaming Chair

All components are selected by Affinity Esports and may vary based on availability. Affinity Esports reserves the right to substitute any item with one of equal or greater value.

6. Winner Selection

  • Winner will be selected via random drawing

  • Drawing will take place on June 15, 2026

  • Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received

7. Winner Notification

The winner will be notified via email and/or phone and must respond within 72 hours. Failure to respond may result in selection of an alternate winner.

8. General Conditions

Affinity Esports reserves the right to:

  • Modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion if necessary

  • Disqualify any participant who violates these rules or tampers with the entry process

  • Verify eligibility of all entrants

9. Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Affinity Esports from any liability related to:

  • Participation in the Promotion

  • Acceptance, possession, or use of the prize

10. Privacy

Information collected will be used solely for the administration of the Promotion and in accordance with Affinity Esports’ privacy practices.

11. Winner List

To request the name of the winner:

Requests must be submitted within 30 days of the drawing date.

12. Agreement to Rules

Participation in the Promotion constitutes full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and the decisions of Affinity Esports, which are final and binding.
